Hailing from Cecilia, Louisiana, the music group “Sweet Cecilia” is a singing family trio composed of Callie Guidry, Laura Huval, and Maegan Berard.

As a Trio, “Sweet Cecilia” (formerly The Girls) has performed at the Bluemoon Saloon, Balfa Folk Roots Camp, McGee’s Landing, Blue Dog Cafe, Cafe des Amis, Festival Acadiens et Creoles, as well as other venues. “Sweet Cecilia” performs a wide range of musical styles as well as original songs. They’ve been singing together since they were children. Maegan and Laura are sisters and Callie is a first cousin. Their passion and love for each other and music are the driving force in this trio. The name of their hometown and the patron Saint of Music, St. Cecilia helped to form the name of the band.
