Gerard Delafose & The Zydeco Gators
The Zydeco Gators was established by Gerard Delafose in 2007.

Gerard is a 3rd generation Zydeco Musician. He is the grandson of the late great John Delafose and the nephew of the legendary Geno Delafose.

Gerard has been playing the accordion for over 20 years. He first picked it up when he was only 8 years old. He grew up learning from the best, and will surely bring that legendary Zydeco sound that we all grew up loving!

Gerard and his band also mixes his own fresh funky groove into the music he plays. The Zydeco Gators is made up of family and good friends. This group upholds a high standard of professional ethic, while knowing how to entertain even the toughest of crowds!
