Legendary bluesman and Texas songwriter extraordinaire Johnny Nicholas  will be performing at South Louisiana’s premier roots music venue, the Blue Moon Saloon in Lafayette on Thursday Dec 5.

Johnny is bringing his band Hell Bent which features Slide Guitar maestro Cindy Cashdollar and Austin musical stalwarts Chris Maresh and John Chipman. Johnny’s pet side project, Golden Triangle will open the show. Golden Triangle’s critically acclaimed album “Swamp Blues” was recorded at La Lousianne studio in Lafayette and features David Greely and Sam Broussard–two of the best of the many amazing musicians that South  Louisiana has produced over the years
