Dustin Gaspard & the Freetown Sounds:
Singer Songwriter/ Performer/ Cajun Boy
Based in Lafayette, Alt. Folk/ Contemporary Folk artist Dustin Gaspard has prided himself on conviction of live performance, strengthening though cryptic lyricism and an always evolving singer songwriting style because of dueling solo and backing band projects. His original songs stream reveal a variety of range. From the howling vocal ambiance of solo tunes like “Same C” reminiscent of his simple folk roots, to other jams that liven the listener by holding an upbeat rock and soul vibe, similar today’s Nathaniel Rateliffe and the Nightsweats. Drawing influence from Kings of Leon, Rateliffe and solo artist Ben Howard, Gaspard bridges the gap between songwriter and rock performer to deliver another direction for all music. With new age roots on the rise Dustin looks to pronounce a prominent musical impact for all who care to share this vision
Sailor Mouth:
Hailing from the southern city of Lafayette Louisiana, Sailor Mouth is a Blues/Soul power trio with a Rock attitude. What once started as an idea for a Blues project by drummer and vocalist Gino Vallecllo, quickly evolved into a melting pot of genres as time went on. Recruiting guitarist Evan Lejeune and bassist Ryan Domingue, the lineup was set and it didn’t take long for the trio to realize that they had something special. R&B/Soul style vocals, over Vallecillo and Domingue’s fat pocket, topped by Lejeune’s haunting guitar, and hand delivered with an aggressive attitude; Sailor Mouth is a band with an “in your face” live show that is sure to satisfy audiences of all walks of life.
Pagoda Mambo:
In the year of our Lord, 2014, five boys united under audible mechanical waves of pressure and used air as a medium upon which to paint pictures of the human experience. They subsequently became men and continued their work stimulating the salty masses into a feverish dance crazed mob and haven’t stopped since.
