The Head:

Hailing from Atlanta, Georgia. The Head is an indie rock band from that consists of three members: guitarist Jacob Morell, drummer Jack Shaw, and bassist/vocalist Mike Shaw.

Easy Age:

Emerging from the remains of minor indie entity Whole Damn Town (Twin Peaks cover band, pop song antagonists) Easy Age has reshuffled, lost, subsequently added, (lost again, etc.) members to form the current harassed-looking phoenix you see beside you. The posture is one of toe tapping, of dance-ready invitation whilst still seeking the ever elusive and too-often overwrought “deeper meaning” and provides the second chance for frontman Johnny Trosclair to unfurl his take on songwriting while in the company of the rock and roll band (Jacob Gautreaux on guitar, Cory Burgess on bass, and Ryan Duhon on drums). Influences range from the lyrically dense Moonface and Destroyer and Frog Eyes and co., to the grained punchiness of an early Strokes track, to the sweet pop hook indulgence of Springsteen at his most American point of origin.
