The Jordan Anderson Band:

After Anderson met Belanger while the two were attending Louisiana State University, they began playing around South Louisiana with Rock and Roll outfit the Dulac Smack. Soon Anderson began writing a collection of songs inspired by the infectious culture and lifestyle of the beautiful Bayou Region. It didn’t take long for the tunes to catch the ear of Belanger, as well as the residents of Baton Rouge, and the two assembled a group of family, longtime friends, and musical colleagues to play together. Thus, the Jordan Anderson Band was formed by combining the talents of Anderson, Belanger, Cenac, (Tim) Belanger, and Blum. The group quickly found traction around LSU and Baton Rouge, and it wasn’t long before they expanded throughout Louisiana. In fact, within a year, the group expanded beyond the state with featured performances throughout the Gulf Coast, as well as Colorado. Formed in 2015, The Jordan Anderson Band sparked from the ashes of other South Louisiana bands and is set to burn a trail through the music scene for years to come.
